NEW Refund Policy
Step 1: Request a Refund
- Submit your refund request.
- A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s).
- First inspection through video (This step does not qualify you for a refund yet)
Step 2: Return Processing
- We must first receive your order back at our warehouse.
- This process may take up to 7 days.

Once received, all items will be carefully inspected (This is the step that determines whether your refund request is accepted or not)
- To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In perfect condition
- With original labels/tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
- In the original packaging
Step 3: Refund Issuance
- After inspection, it may take up to 7 days to finalize the process.
- Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.
- Refunds will only be approved if all conditions above are fully met.

If your refund is not accepted you will have two options:
- Have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply).
- Allow us to keep the item permanently.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received:
- IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGE
- UNWORN
- TAGS ON
- NO STAINS

-Items that are damaged will not be accepted
